Hello Everyone:

    Just dropping all of you a line and letting you know everything is well here!  I am back to work full duty.  This has brought forth many challenges for me as I move forward in my life.  Work has been very busy and the days just seem to fly.  I have been training frequently in the gym and I am finally in decent shape!  I have not recovered completely but anymore normal just really does not matter its all about surviving and just doing the best I can do.  I have come the conclusion not to dwell on this disease any longer and just try to keep moving forward and setting new goals and milestones.  I would like to take the time again to thank my family, friends, coworkers and all those who supported me thorughout this I could not have done it without all of you and the support I have recieved.

    Today I got to meet Mikey O at the Police Expo in Atlantic City N.J although I did not get to spend alot of time with him it was great to finally meet him.  Mikey is nothing short of a warrior who continues to battle cancer and inspire us all.  Prayers go out to Mike, Kait at babyoney.com, Doug, Jess,  Mike Mcgrath and of course Aunt Joan all battling cancer and defying the odds.  God Bless you all and thanks for all the support you have given me.
