Welcome to my online journa and thank you for visiting my site. I have designed this journal to give you some insight as to what I do on a daily basis and to memorialize my treatment plan. Some of my writings may offend people but this is my day to day life as I see it and live it. My opinions and feelings are ones which have been shaped by many factors but none more than my desire to conquer cancer. Please feel free to take this journey with me and should I offend you than respectfully I ask that you look no further. I thank you all for your support.
God Bless

Hello everyone!!!! Once again sorry I have not updated!! Things are going as well as I could ask its been a hectic few weeks but the "norm" has possibly returned. First and foremost for any of you who follow my not so updated site, one of my Chemosabees Kaitlyn Anzelone has lost a valiant fight with leukemia. I have mentioned her numerous times in my website and asked for prayers for her. Please visit her website at www.babyoney.com You will be able to experience some of her trials and tribulations in fighting this disease THAT SUCKS yes that right CANCER SUCKS. Most importantly you will learn of a family who fought as team a story of courage, faith and hope. There is a lot to learn in the way that they carried on the fight. Just like my friend Shelby www.weloveshelby.com "Its not how she died but how she lived". I am honored to have had the opportunity to get know both Kaitlyn and Shelby as well as the rest of the Chemosabees. When you think you got it bad visit the websites of my Chemosabees and or my Fallen Heroes. There are lessons to be learned from all of the them!!! I get a reality check regularly from all of the them. Bottom line we all have alot to be thankful for and I continue daily to try and realize this.
Many of you have heard that my father was ill yes its true he was. Dad had emergency surgery as his appendix had perforated and leaked STUFF into his belly. Not good as the chance for infection was huge. They successfully removed it and his largest struggle was getting him off blood thinners so they could operate so he would not hemmorage. The challenge was how long do you wait before he gets seriously infected. He comes of of the blood thinners and he can throw a clot. So he had alot on the table before he went on the table. The surgery was completed and without any major glitches with the exception of some crazy cardiac stuff. This was a perfect example of the hurry up and wait!!! Although I wanted to have faith I was very concerned about the outcome. Unfortunately my job and basically my life recently has taught me to prepare for the worst and hope for the best. Crazee way of thinking yes but this I dont get to dissapointed or suprised. So Dad is out of the hospital after almost two weeks. Yeh he is home and having some minor problems. I also had some major issues with being back at that hospital as thats where I was diagnosed at about this time last year. I was also on the same floor as my father and honestly I was not treated well so I had some major issues with him being there and I just could not stand to be there to many bad memories. However this time it wasnot about me and I came to realize that. So hopefully that nightmare for Dad is coming to a close. I gotta say I am pretty proud of him cause he pretty much took it like a champ.
Now about me yep Im back to that!!!! Im still adjusting to work yeh!!! Work has been very hectic/busy/crazee. My people are working hard as always making me proud. Our quiet peaceful town has been anything but quiet and peaceful. I had a visit with Doctor Mangan two weeks ago and everything seemed to go well my blood work went well. So I dont have leukemia at this point!!! The granulocytic leukemia I was in remission as of April however that really never has shown up in any bloodwork that takes expensive studies to find and all of them are nuclear studies which means CONTRAST which is radioactive and studies which radiate you as well so I have to wait for awhile before we do any of those. Hopefully the chemo has done its job. Im not looking forward to Kicking Cancers Ass again in the near future however Im up to the challenge if necessary. Ill be going for some more tests in the next few weeks a colonoscopy and probably a stomach endoscopy as I am still have alot of nausea. Both of these studies are no big deal as they say "its not so much the camera as the crew". So hopefully all I get some answers as to why "The Stomach Turns". Other than that I am continuing to train hard in the gym and really continuing to get stronger daily. My strength has improved about 1000% from the first few workouts after being unleashed. That was the days when the five pound dumbells were a challenge. Again I look back and see where I am now and I really am blessed. Well I am off please remember all the Chemosabees and if you would like to leave a message on any of their Guestbooks please do!!!!!. Reading the Guestbook was a daily thing for me on this site and believe me it makes a difference when everyone encourages you. Also please visit my friends website www.jessyoucan.com shes got it going on is lend a hand to anyone and everyone she can to help fight the disease. Well I am signing off thanks to everyone for everything!!! The prayers the support for EVERYTHING!!! To the Anzelones my prayers are with you and thanks for all your inspiration!!!!
God Bless
