Welcome to my online journa and thank you for visiting my site. I have designed this journal to give you some insight as to what I do on a daily basis and to memorialize my treatment plan. Some of my writings may offend people but this is my day to day life as I see it and live it. My opinions and feelings are ones which have been shaped by many factors but none more than my desire to conquer cancer. Please feel free to take this journey with me and should I offend you than respectfully I ask that you look no further. I thank you all for your support.
God Bless

Hello Everyone:
Well for many of you who dont know it was that time of year again. Yesterday I had a PET/CT scan to determine if I am in remission. After a long sleepless night last night I was able to call the Bone Marrow Clinic and find that the preliminary report was negative. So this should mean that I am probably still in remission and there is not detectable cancer. Yesterday there were graduation ceromonies for the Fall Class of West Point Command and Leadership Program the class which I attended and completed. Completing this course was like the best news I have had other then my remission. Both were a huge relief. Now is where the Survivor Guilt will kick in and I realize how lucky I am compared to so many of my contemporaries. I have been give the gift of life and believe me I count my blessing daily. I would like to thank you all for your prayers and support through out the this fight. I would like to ask that you all say a prayer for Michael D. McGrath a Margate City Fireman who just lost a valiant fight with cancer this morning. Michael was a true warrior and a amazing individual he was very inspirational to me in my fight. Please visit his website at MichaelDMcgrath.com and leave a message in the Guest Book. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family at this time.
Well I am off! God Bless
Randy
